In our series of 8 mini-courses, we’ll have the opportunity to identify well-being and mental health issues including; 

Fatigue, Stress, Relationships, Self-Esteem, Self-Sabotage, Bad Habits, Feeling Lost & Emotional Trauma 

and explore how to recognise and deal with the key signs.
